With Marriott Vacation Club Destinations resale ownership, you purchase a deeded real estate interest and own your vacations. This points-based system makes it easy for owners to plan their vacations. Start with buying the number of Vacation Club Points appropriate for your family’s vacation plans. You’ll make a one-time purchase for a yearly allotment of Vacation Club Points to use as you wish.

Use Your Points Your Way

Marriott Vacation Club resort stays are assigned a points value based on accommodation size, length of stay, location, and season. Find the accommodations and amenities that best suit your vacation needs, and stay as long as you want. You can also use your Vacation Club Points toward cruises, tours, exchanges, hotel stays, and travel services.

Vacation Club Points Pricing

Marriott Vacation Club Destinations ownership begins with as few as 1,500 Vacation Club Points. You can add to them over time as your family grows or your vacation time or needs expand. In addition to your Vacation Club Points purchase, you’ll be responsible for annual maintenance fees and annual club dues. Financing may be available to qualified buyers. Once you reach Premier (6,500 points) and Premier Plus (13,000 points) ownership levels, you are eligible for exclusive usage benefits.
